• Payment information: For paid users only — processed and stored securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.
• Usage data: Automatically collected technical information (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited, search queries) to improve the Service.

We may store search queries and the resulting AI-generated outputs (such as translations and summaries) to provide the Service (for example, generating blog posts and preventing duplicate processing). We do not intentionally include your account identity in public blog posts.

Public Blog Posts From Searches (Opt-Out)

The Service can generate a public blog post based on a user search (including the search query and AI-processed outputs). These posts are published on our site and may be visible to anyone and indexed by search engines.

You can opt out by disabling Create blog post from search in Search Settings before running a search.

Please avoid entering personal, sensitive, or confidential information into search queries—especially if blog creation is enabled.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve the Service (English search on Xiaohongshu powered by Google Gemini AI).
• Process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• Communicate with you (e.g., account-related emails).
• Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing Your Information

We share data only as necessary:

• With Google (Gemini AI provider) for processing your searches — subject to their privacy terms.
• With Stripe for payment processing — subject to Stripe's privacy policy (see stripe.com/privacy).
• With service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality.
• If required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Storage and International Transfers

Data is processed and stored outside China (primarily in secure cloud infrastructure). As the Service may be used by individuals in China, we comply with applicable laws including China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) where relevant. Cross-border transfers use appropriate safeguards.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (email, payment-related where applicable) by contacting us. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. For paid features, some data retention may be required for billing/legal purposes.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
