What's on Red is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Xiaohongshu (小红书), RedNote, or their parent company. All content is sourced from publicly available posts via AI processing.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of whatson.red (the "Service"), operated by WEB3 FZCO ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Dubai, UAE.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service allows users to search content on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) in English, powered by Google Gemini AI. We provide a free tier with limited usage and paid subscriptions for higher limits and additional features.

2. Accounts and Payments

  • You may need an account (email-based) to access paid features.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
  • Subscriptions are recurring and auto-renew unless canceled. You can cancel anytime via your account or by contacting us. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
  • Prices and features may change with notice (posted on the site or emailed).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes, spam, harassment, or to violate third-party rights.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract Xiaohongshu data in bulk beyond normal search use.
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or Gemini AI processing.
  • Submit abusive, harmful, or infringing content in searches.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our interface, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. Search results are generated from public Xiaohongshu content via Gemini AI—you may use results for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not republish or commercialize large volumes of results without permission.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Gemini AI: Your search queries are sent to Google for processing (subject to Google’s terms: https://policies.google.com).
  • Stripe: Governed by Stripe’s Services Agreement.

We are not responsible for third-party service availability, accuracy, or actions.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of translations/searches, or that results are complete/current.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEB3 FZCO and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD $100 if no payment).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for any reason, including violations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and federal laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
